Milestones question?

I know they say to go based on adjusted rather than actual age. DD is  7 weeks actual and 2 weeks adjusted. I feel like she's meeting some milestones but not others. For instance she is starting to focus on things and can hold her head up but she isn't smiling. I am probably just being crazy about this because I am so excited to see the first smile but I am wondering if you ladies can tell me around what time your baby started smiling? Did you find that they met some milestones at their actual and others at their adjusted age? Should I just be patient?
