Posting this here and in the Food Allergy category. Every dry, windy day (whether in the fall or spring) I get a horrible migraine with stinging eyes, a runny nose, neck ache, and itchy throat. I know it's allergies but now that I'm pregnant and both my doctor and pharmacist are unsure about allergy meds during pregnancy, I want a natural way to help combat this. It keeps me in bed all day.
I have heard onions and garlic help but they haven't done much good for me yet-- we eat alot of onions and garlic already.
