Side by side double stroller

I have an almost 2 year old and a 3 month old.  Right now I am using a Baby Trend sit and stand and I hate it!  It is so heavy and hard to maneuver. 

I would like something side by side with a basket underneath and also have 2 snack trays with cup holders, and an adult cup holder.  I am trying not spend too much, hopefully under $350..  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

The City Mini double fits the bill.  BUT you do have to buy the tray and console separately.

I never bothered with the tray/cup holders.  My kids just hand me their drinks and I put it in my parent console.

Britax bagile is a little less than the city mini and is also a great stroller. The joovy x2 is less expensive than the bagile, it gets good reviews, but I haven't personally tried it.

I was actually looking at both of these.  I think I like the joovy better because of the basket, I just hate how it folds up.

Its more like $500 but the Valco Zee Two is a good double.  I am leaning towards that one myself because I cannot handle how tiny the basket is on the City Mini Double.
