Ok, another post about food. DD's daycare this morning told me that most kids her age eat a lot more table food than she does. We give her table food every day, but usually she will just take a couple of bites and then start throwing it on the ground. Then if we feed her a puree or yogurt she will eat the whole thing.
Some foods she will eat. She eats macaroni and cheese, beans, and she will throw back puffs and lil crunchies like a man. I'm going to talk to her pedi about it at her one year appointment at the end of the month. And until then I guess we will just keep trying. Just wondering if any others out there are going through the same thing? Thanks!
Re: Food
Dean just started insisting on spoon feeding himself yesterday. I was feeding him mashed sweet potato casserole and he started crying and refusing to eat. I put some on the spoon and he took it from there. After he cleaned off the spoon he'll hand it back to me. give that a try:)
