How do i get a ticker to go on all my posts? This is confusing!

I make tickers at https://lilypie.com/. It will give you a code (use the HTML one) and you paste it into your signature box (go to your Bump settings).

Thanks I have been trying to figure this out for awhile. I am usually good with computers, but this was giving me a headache.
