CDC and WHO Growth Chart Differences

How different is the old CDC growth chart compared to the WHO growth charts? When I look at WHO growth charts she's actually on the chart...it's the 5th percentile, but she's on it! But when I go to the doctor she isn't on it... Which makes me think they are using the CDC charts...

Our dr. actually charts DD on both because she's so tiny.  He said that the CDC is for larger formula feed babies (we did FF she's just tiny) and WHO is based on the world.  I think on the CDC chart DD is around the 5th or 10th and the WHO she's around the 25th.
