November 2012 in Parenting after a Loss

So DD didn't sleep very good yesterday. She took maybe 3 naps. Two 30 min naps and one 1 hour nap. But last night she slept from 930 to 4 this morning. It was great. Although now I can't get back to sleep. I guess i've gotten used to less sleep. So now I'm sitting here watching her sleep and hoping I can get back to sleep. Has this happened to anyone else?
