Persistent, dull ache in lower abdomen?

Has anyone else experienced this?  Since yesterday evening, I have had a persistent ache right above my pubic bone, seemingly directly in my uterus.  The heartbeat is strong (I have an at-home doppler), so I'm not exactly worried about the baby, just curious as to what else it could be or if it's just growing pains.  Anyone?

 Does it?  I always experienced RLP as a quick, sharp pain instead of a constant, dull pain.  But this is why I come here!

I have had it both ways so far. The sharp pain comes after I have been moving around, but it's dull and achy if I am just chilling.

I have had this for two days, it hits when I am laying in bed at night. I called the doctor this morning and since there's no bleeding I was told its probably growing pains. I'm 10w5d.
