I've never been on it, but why not just pop in to a local drugstore (Shoppers or PharmaPlus/Rexall/Superstore) and ask the pharmacist? They'd definitely know for sure and I often go and ask them, as it's their job to know about interactions.
I think its probably fine or it would say on the prescription but I always took mine at night anyways and vitamins in the morning. If I had it in the morning I would fall asleep standing up. Shoppers was my go to for questions, they were always good.
I had to take Diclectin 3-4 times a day and never had an issue taking it at the same time as the rest of my vitamins. You should be fine, but double check with your pharmacist if you are nervous.

Let us know how it turns out!
I'm a pharmacy tech who happened to need Diclectin badly (like 8 tablets daily) and they are safe to take with your vitamins and such.
The only thing you would not want to take with it is another antihistamine like Benedryl, Gravol, or Reactine.
