ASD

My DD is just over a month now 32 wks....her ASD went from .4-5 cm to .6-7 cm but they are still saying it should close.  has anyone had this situation where it got bigger or where it closed up when on the larger side.
After three miscarriages and one ectopic pregnancy we are currently pursuing adoption. " Born not from our flesh, but born in our heart. You were longed for and wanted and loved from the start."

    One of my sons has an ASD but it actually wasn't diagnosed untill his f/u appt after he came home.  He had a moderate PDA eventually closed on it's own and with the help of meds.  Our last check a few months ago showed his ASD is still open but it's not getting bigger.  They are also pretty confident it will close on it's own.  He's doing really well with no symptoms at all.

    We haven't been able to get access to our NICU records (at least not yet) to provide a comparison, so I can't answer your question. Just wanted to say that I understand your worry and to wish you luck.
