I am really happy and surprised to be here. I got a BFP last Monday?just wanted to wait until we had some betas behind us before intro'ing. I was a July 2012 mom but sadly our beautiful twins were born at 20 weeks due to severe complications. This is my 4th pregnancy, but no living children yet, so this whole pregnancy business is pretty nerve-wracking and scary for us.
This pregnancy was the result of a long-shot Clomid/Prednisone/TI cycle before IVF #4. We've never conceived without IUI or IVF before, so we were pretty shocked to get a BFP! Beta 1 at 13 dpo was 146 and beta 2 at 15 dpo was 391. Tomorrow (18 dpo) I go back for my third and hopefully final beta. We recently moved to Canada, so we are still learning how to navigate the healthcare system here.
Congrats to everyone else -- I hope we have a long and boring journey together:)
