In all seriousness - if this is real, I want some! What is it? Im getting married in July and have been a fatty pants this whole pregnancy - I am not due for another 7 weeks but already looking at gym memberships.

Yea girl; its called Ephedsyrup.  BUT! I think she can't sell it outside of Canada- some licensing issue or something.  If you want I can ask her how she prepares it and send you the recipe...its probably not too hard.
