Going crazy! Could I be pregnant?

Okay, here's the deal. I have stage 4 endometriosis and have been under the care of doctors for a few years now. Due to a miscommunication with the pharmacy, I ended up being off of my birth control pill for about two and a half weeks. My husband and I had unprotected sex during that time and now I am experiencing all the typical symptoms of pregnancy (nausea/vomiting, ridiculously sore breasts, feeling of pressure in lower back, etc.) I took a pregnancy test but it was negative. But some people have said that it could be a false negative. Help! I just want to know what's really going on!

Re: Going crazy! Could I be pregnant?

  • Also, because of having been on birth control continuously (my doctor had me take the active pills continuously and not take the placebo pills) I do not get a period regularly (maybe once every few months). So I can't tell when I would be "late"

  • Wait a week and test again.  A test is really the only way to find out at this point.
