Any ideas?

I need to come up with money, and fast. I need $5,000 to pay a lawyer (fighting for child support from my ex). I owe about $10,000 in credit card debt. I'm lost. Sometimes I feel like giving up, but I can't do that to my son....sorry for the downer.

    Have you checked with the county to see if you qualify for help getting child support?  If you receive any sort of state assistance or monies they should be helping you fight for child support.

    Yes. They can't do anything since he's "not working". Even though he has money, just put in in a friend's account...

    If it is any consolation... at least you were smart enough to make this guy an ex.

    Sounds like a POS, to be honest.
