AW: Cake and tequila shooters

Well, it doesn't get much more AW than this, so bear with me for a minute and then there will be CAKE and TEQUILA.
Did somebody say cake?
Ok, here's the AW part. Today is my birthday (
) and this year, I'm not waiting to miscarry my second baby (
) while watching brand new parents in my direct line of site fawn over their perfect baby at the special birthday restaurant that I chose (
). So, despite the fact that my ovaries and the rest of my body are officially a year older, I shall consider this a good birthday. ::exhales:: I feel better now. 
So, on to the eating and the drinking!
I present to you, cake:
Any everybody gets the piece with the perfect cake to frosting ratio, because that is the most important factor in cake excellentness:
And, I hope everyone likes tequila, because I brought a truckload! Cheers!

As far as TB eating responses (how infuriating is that), it must be because the cake and tequila as so freaking delicious, it can't help itself.

Dec '12 HSG & ultrasound showed abnormalities & more endo. Laproscopic surgery in January '13 showed significant damage & scar tissue from Endo. IVF is our best shot to concieve our rainbow.
