Intro (to this board)

Hi Everyone,

I often post on the May 2013 board, but I'm new to this board (I just discovered it tonight, and I'm super excited that it exists!), so I wanted to introduce myself. 

This is my first pregnancy, and before I became pregnant (with the help of IVF), I was in excellent shape (I did ballet bar classes/isometrics and advanced yoga 4-5 days/week). I continued with my usual exercise routine as soon as I got the okay from my fertility specialist (about 5 days after my embryo transfer), but had to stop after I began spotting around week 5. I've completely refrained from exercising since then. For as challenging as it is for me to stay away from my workouts, it's much more important for me to ensure that my LO is safe. I'm anxiously awaiting my next OB appointment - I'm hoping that since I haven't spotted in a long time, she will encourage me to start working out again (if this is the case, I'll start slowly and listen to my body). 

Hoping to be able to contribute more to this board soon!
