What are you giving your wife/SO and what's on your wish list?

I am so horrible at keeping secrets from H!!! Like, really, really, bad. So this year when I decided to get her a really nice pool stick for leagues, she got it out of me in about a week! We went together and she got to pick it out and uses it all the time! Which is nice, but I'm kinda-of mad at myself for not lasting till Halloween this year! We usually do smaller gifts on Christmas and I'm betting I'll be getting some form of jewelery again, which I have no problem with!!

We're in the midst of remodeling our second floor, which includes our bedroom.  So we thought we might do a joint gift from both of us, to both of us, and buy a really nice new bedframe.  Right now we just have an old metal frame (the kind you can't even see) with no headboard or anything.  We're coveting a storage bed that is ridiculously priced in the SkyMall catalog.

We don't do gifts for each other but rather decide together on something we want/need and do that.  Last year was the first year we didn't do this and did actual presents for each other.  I like our original plan as I suck at gifts where she remembers every little thing I ever talk about.

This year it will be things for the boys (completing things we need from our registry).

I'm getting her an ipad, and some accessories for christmas, and for her birthday which is on the 30th of December, I'm getting her the latest South African Rugby jersey - the jersey has become a tradition for us, and she loves them.

 

Editing to add:- My wish list is a kindle, the little one. And a nice pair of comfy pjs.
