I could kiss the nurse that gave me the tip about sniffing cut lemons to ease nausea. I can't believe it works. She said to cut up a lemon, stick it in a ziploc, and take a whiff when needed. DH is threatening to make drug-addict jokes, so I threatened to stuff a lemon slice in his face.

She also mentioned Seabands, but I haven't tried them yet.

I am trying this! I am a massage therapist and am desperate to have any remedies handy for when I'm in an appointment!!! I would hate to run out of the room to hurl or worse...not make it out of the room.

I didn't have any lemons so I tried sniffing a lime..... It didn't work. Hopefully DH will make it home tomorrow and can go buy me some lemons.

I was told that tip by someone who was hospitalized from hyperemesis. Good tip!
