This happened with my second pregnancy, but it's probably because I was eating 2 frosted strawberry Poptarts every morning - including the morning of the glocose testing! The three hours test went fine, except it was brutal having to sit in the waiting room. I always though they should have a bed or couch you could lay on while you waited.
We do them here around 6 months as well. I spiked pretty bad on a 3 hour test I took last April, so I'm certain I will fail the 1 hour. I'm praying they just put me through to the 3 hour, let me fail, and call it a day.
I was wondering the same thing! I remember doing this test further on in the pregnancy. Geez I hated waiting around at the hospital for just the one hour! I can't imagine waiting 3.
Ugh...I still have to do my one-hour glucose test. I was supposed to go the week of October 1st. LOL. But, I'm afraid I will fail like I did with my first pregnancy and have to go through another three-hour test. I was so miserable during it...I was so nauseous. The lab tech said that if I threw up, I'd have to start all over again. So, there I sat in the lab, curled up in the corner trying not to vomit. I was so glad to find out that I passed.

Re: Failed my 1 hour glucose test...
Yes and early on also. I know how to deal with it and control it with diet so it will be ok.
