when did you notice growth spurts

Curious when you noticed growth spurts - I know there are ranges and babies differ. DS is 11 weeks today, but 8 weeks adjusted age, and we were feeding every hour last night from 2:30 on. Also confused if maybe this is a cold, since he seems a little more congested and fussy. Yesterday during the day all he wanted was to sleep in my arms. He still woke to eat every 2-3, but would go right back to sleep.

The only other growth spurt I definitely noticed was at 5.5 weeks (2.5 weeks adjusted).
