So as winter is approaching I am obviously thinking about keeping LO's feet warm with footed pj's. I have put a couple of pair on him and he just pulls at his feet and lately he is fussing alot while pulling. Last night I ended up changing him out of them so that he would go to bed. Is this normal for some LO's? I think he just dosent like things on his feet. I just wonder what I will do all winter since he pulls his socks off in seconds.
Re: dislikes footed pj's
I wouldn't worry. Buy some regular pjs put some socks on and call it a day. If he yanks the socks off, he won't freeze.
My LO hates fleecey pjs but doesn't mind feet. I just bought cotton only. I worried about her being cold but she still sleeps great so I quit.
I don't think in this day and age most people's houses are cold enough that a lack of socks is going to cause long term harm.
Cover him if you can, leave him be if you can't.
We haven't done sleepers with DD in ages. If we're lucky, she's in a shirt, diaper, and legwarmers. If we're not, it's just a shirt and diaper, bare legs. Even though it gets down to 65F in her room. I try to cover her as best I can, but that doesn't always last.
