Milk Drying Up?

Every day since Thursday I have had to be away from DS, due to a job process.  So I have only been nursing at night.  I returned home today and DS is very very fussy at the breast, like he is getting angry.  I don't feel any letdown like I usually do, and he is asking for food every 45 minutes or less.  While I was away during the day, I was at a very rigorous testing session each day and did not have time to pump.  Once I did manage to pump one time during the day and it looked pretty clear.

I was gone from 9am-1am. 

Is my supply dwindling? Did I just dry myself up?

The first day I was gone 8 hours with no pumping, the second day 4 hours with not pumping, the third day was 16 hours (pumped twice) and the 4th day was 8 hours with no pumping.  I really was not able to pump any more.  I was very engorged, and am just wondering if I weaned or if it will come back? I have been nursing on demand all day today but he just does not seem satisfied.
