Your go-to foods?

What do you all eat?? I am SO sick of PB&J, but I always need to eat something fast (no time for prep here), and I feel like my options are so limited. Trying to stay away from dairy as much as possible, which eliminates so many things I'd normally eat. I've been existing on Luna bars, protein bars, chicken, bland sandwiches, bagels, etc. I need real food!!!

  • I usually do leftovers.  Pasta with meat and sauce is a good one for me.  Or pita pockets, I stuff them with whatever we have.  And frozen meals.  High in sodium, but quick and will do the job.

  • Pita chips (or just pita bread) and hummus was one of my go-to foods when I was dairy for LO.  Also, I found a salad dressing that didn't have dairy in it, so I ate a ton of salads as well.  I also did turkey or ham sandwiches (no cheese, but I'd just put lettuce and other veggies on it instead).
