baby suddenly screams during diaper changes?

She is 2 months old and normally she likes diaper changes. She smiles and coos the whole time I change her. But the past three days she's been unusual ly grumpy in general and then now she screams bloody murder whenever we try to change her. It is breaking my heart to see her that way and don't know what is wrong. Anyone know what could be wrong?

    My LO had a yeast infection before.....not real bad....just a tad red and she screamed during diaper changes until i figured out what was wrong

    Is she fed before or after change? My lo does not like to change before his feed.

    My little guy has always screamed bloody murder during diaper changes but is as happy as a bug once the diaper is on. 

    IF DX: DOR & Fragile X pre-mutation carrier
    2011: FSH 13.3 & E 99; AMH 0.54 2nd FSH 6.2 E 40's AFC: 8
    BFP from Clomid/IUI ~ Pre-e and IUGR during pregnancy ~ DS born 9/4/12
    Feb./March 2013: AMH less than 0.16 (undectable) and AFC = 4;
    BFP from supps ~ DS#2 due May 2014
