You would normally use a BBT. I use the Mabis from Walmart, most of the women on the board use the same one.

Start temping on CD1. Fertility Friend will teach you how.

 

I also use the Mabis from Walmart.  It was only like $8-$9.  I don't recommend the one from Walgreens, it favors temps.  I originally started with that one and switched to the Mabis, it's much better.

Just curious, what do you mean by 'favoring temps'?  This is the one that I use. 

It means that it tends to give several days of the same temp.

Ha!!  Yep.  That happens sometimes.  I guess I thought my body was consistent.  Lol.  I just thought that the damn thing would take my temp correctly.  I usually see a clear shift so I don't think it was detrimental, but now I feel betrayed!  I'll have to swing by Wal-Mart soon.  Thanks for the heads up!
