Hope my fellow East coasters are keeping themselves safe during the storm.  My office closed for tomorrow (which is practically unheard of), but I have a 7:45 am monitoring appointment -- hopefully my last before egg retrieval.  I'm crossing my fingers my RE's office stays open at least long enough to see my follies and get my b/w results, and that power outages won't muck up my egg retrieval, which should be mid-week, or my ability to refrigerate my meds.

Now I'm just trying to figure out what to do with my extra weekend day...at least as long as I have power!

How are you planning to ride out the storm?

Thanks laynesmomma and 2moms2b!  The RE who did my ultrasound thinks I will probably need one more dose of Follistim tonight, trigger tomorrow, and ER Thursday (though until I hear back about blood results, it's not definite).  That means the storm will definitely be over, and she assured me that they have sufficient back-up power to do retrievals and transfers if power does go out and stay out.  They also gave me a back-up Follistim cartridge just in case, since I only have one dose left (fertility pharmacy is in town but no idea if they're open or for how long) and I have enough ice on hand to keep the meds cold if we lose power at home (Who needs to eat as long as your meds are cold?).  So although I would have preferred not to have an extra layer of stress on top of everything, I think it will all be fine.
