Getting kinda worried (NPR, possibly tmi)

I am on Amethyst (a bcp that gives me one period per year) because of endometriosis. What I'm worried about is, the last few days I have been spotting. It has been pretty light, except for today. It's almost like a period. Cramps and all. I plan to call my GYN tomorrow, but any thoughts?

    How new are you to being on it? It's not completely uncommon

    I've been on it for about six months, and have never had spotting this bad...

    I have a Mirena IUD and I never get a period, but once every few months I'll have a day or two of crampiness and light spotting.  It doesn't mean anything is wrong.
