I was looking into a carrier for my 2 month old and came accross the BabyHawk. Do any of the mama's here use it? If so what do you think? Love it or Hate it? Thanks!
Here is the link to their site for interested mama's
Love it! DH and I both still use it for backcarries with DS1 for places where a) he can get tired of walking and b) strollers are a hassle (like the zoo). I've used it for DS2 since he was 2 days old, and just yesterday I put him in a high back carry and he was happy as could be!
Agree, we love it! I wish I had gotten one in a more masculine print so DH would use it more. My DS would still fit in it if I was willing to lug his butt around.

In general, I think that mai tais are great carriers--the idea of a soft-structured carrier (SSC) but with straps so that you and a partner can both use it without futzing with clips, and you get a "custom fit" every time you use it, plus you don't get pressure spots like with an SSC. As for Baby Hawk, specifcally, they are a brand with a good reputation for solid carriers (versus, say, the Infantino one which isn't reinforced enough or large-bodied enough to really last a long time). I currently have a Baby Hawk Oh Snap (their SSC) checked out from my babywearing group's carriet library and I quite like it. My little guy (12w) doesn't fit in it very well yet, but he will soon enough. It works great for my toddler. I think it is a better fit for my frame than an Ergo--I have a large chest, but slender shoulders and the Ergo just gaps.
Re: Does anyone use the BabyHawk Carrier?
Love it!! My son always wants to be carried. He was in a mei tai from birth to age three in varied positions, front and back.
