Anyone take Birthing Classes at Banner Estrella?

I registered recently and classes start next Monday but I was wondering what to expect. Are they worth it in your opinion? I am a FTM so I definitely need some tyope of childbirth education but wondering if I should look elsewhere or if this is the place to be, since I will be delvering there after all...

My OB recommended them. I'm signed up for the Childbirth/Tour for when I'm in my 7th month. I will also sign up for breastfeeding class and newborn care class, but Estrella didn't have those dates up for registration yet, last I checked. I have 2 friends that did the classes there, and they both had good experiences.
