Been a stomach sleeper my whole life and I can't stop sleeping on my stomach at 18 weeks, argh! It helps when I use a Preggle pillow but I know I'm still doing it b/c I have sleep lines on my stomach in the am. Is anyone else having trouble sleeping only on side? I've read that it doesn't hurt the baby but it just doesn't feel right.

I would sleep on my stomach once in a while but now it is not comfortable. I do not have a very large bump but for the last few weeks I can't sleep on my tummy. Your body will tell you when it is not a good idea to sleep on your stomach
My BFP Chart
With enough pillows you can make a little doughnut shape to put your belly in, allowing you to sleep on your belly and keep baby safe. My doctor also (jokingly) recommended getting a pool doughnut to sleep on.Bottom line, it is possible, and there are safe ways to tummy sleep.
However, the further you progress in your pregnancy the more your body will take over itself.
