Hematoma recovery?

I am 3 weeks PP and had a failed VBAC. So in addition to recovering from the csection I had a vaginal hematoma from pushing that was sutured in the OR. This pain has really started to bother me and I am getting nervous that it is going to be more of a recovery than I was lead to believe. Had anyone had a hematoma? I am frustrated that I am having csection recovery and sort of vaginal delivery recovery too.

I had a hematoma with my vaginal delivery. It had improved prior to discharge and I was all healed at my 6wk pp appt. GL!

Thanks! It was feeling totally fine until thursday when it really started to bother me.
