Last minute GBS swab prep?

Well, I guess not really last minute.  My GBS swab will be in 2.5 weeks (at 36wks) . I've been taking probiotic capsules and garlic capsules for a few months now.  Anything else I should be doing to prepare?

I tested +  so midwife has me use 1/2 tsp hibiclense to 8 oz warm water in peri bottle daily and will do it every 4 hours once in labor. I do not anticipate you need to "prepare" for the swab ...
