What do you think about BD hiring a sitter without me meeting her? Also, the sitter and DD haven't even met each other.

That's absolutely not okay. Why can't his parents watch her? Why does he even need a sitter when he has her?

While you may be uncomfortable, this is out of your hands.  What he does on his parenting time is his decision.

His parents are divorced. His dad lives far away and his mom can only watch DD so often. He works random jobs.
