Saw the HB - low progesterone

Hi girls,

I was so excited to see the HB at our Dr. appointment Tuesday! My official due date is 6/15 (the day before Father's Day).

The Doctor's office called today though and said my progesterone levels were a little low. I guess "officially low" is anything under 10 and mine were 13. My doctor is a little more precautious and says he likes the number to not be below 20. So I have to go on progesterone supplements until 12 weeks.

I am a little nervous and hoping that our little bean stays nice and snug and growing. I have another appt in 3 weeks and will update you all!

How exciting to see that heart beat!  My BFF had to take progesterone with both of her pregnancies and had no other issues (other than GD which is unrelated...).  GL!

Sounds like a great appointment!  I'm sure everything will be fine with the progesterone.

Congrats on the heartbeat!  Sometimes those cautious doctors cause a lot of worry for the rest of us.  I hope things level out at your next appointment.
