Hcg not increasing and very light spotting

Doesn't feel like a good thing to me....I just hope I can naturally miscarry this pregnancy and not need a d&c. Having 3rd blood test today, but at this point I am not too optimistic. Guess we will keep trying! I'm happy to at least know I ovulated and CAN get pregnant.
