Pain comes and goes 4 monts after c-section

I had a c-section almost four months ago and I felt fine after six weeks. Now I'm almost 4 months pp and every once in a while (a few times a day) I'll get a dull pain in my lower right abdomen. I haven't had any bleeding or a fever or anything. Has anyone gotten random pains 4 or so months out from having a c-section? Should I be concerned?

DS is 7 months and I still get random stomach pains.  it is actually very uncomfortable for me to sleep on my left side and I get really bad cramps sometimes.

Everyone says it takes a while to completely heal.

I have the same thing. It was worse about 5-6 months after my csection and has slacked off some now. When I went to my OB about it she said it could be endometrial tissue but didn't seem to concerned and told me to go back if it got worse and we'd update at next annual appt. I wasn't real pleased with my Dr. but since the pain isn't as frequent I haven't gotten a second opinion.
