For those who owna BOB stroller

I am debating on buying the weather shield or the sun shade for it. I live in Texas and am wanting to block out the sun but because of the time of year I want to also block out wind and cold...

Just wondering if anyone has either of these and what their opinions are...

I don't have either the weather shield or the sun shade.  The canopy extends over most of the stroller.  I haven't gone running in a downpour, but last week it was a little misty, and it didn't bother DD at all.

The sunshade is completely not needed as the canopy is awesome.  As for the weather shield I have not had a time where I felt it was needed as I live in the suburbs and use my stroller for working out, long walks, zoo etc? my SIL on the other hand lives in the city and walks everywhere so I could see where she may use it if she got somewhere and it started raining.  The one thing I have and use is a bug net.  It is not a Bob brand but works.  I used that with DS because he was a newborn this summer and we often had him outside sleeping in our other stroller that lays flat when the weather was nice.
