Pregnant after a Loss

So...DD kicked me square in the ute overnight

And ow, that hurt! She isn't feeling well and woke up about 2 a.m. and there was no way she was going back to sleep so I caved and she "slept" with us (meaning I got even less sleep than when she's slept with us other times). She was extra toddler-ish with the kicking and rolling around and at one point kicked me square in the ute. And I've been slightly cramping off and on since then. Fab. Guess I probably should call this morning, huh?

  • Aww, You should probably call. Baby has a lot of cushion, your ute just may be a lil sore from the kick.

  • Ouch! That sounds painful.  I'm not sure if it's necessary to call, but it can't hurt.  Best to be on the safe side.  I hope you (and DD) feel better soon!

  • Thanks. I did call. I'm Rh- and super cautious about that stuff. The nurse wanted to check with my Dr. to be sure I didn't need a Rhogam and she said I'm ok at this gestation, that the baby is well protected. Smile
