How is everyone doing? I finished up week 5 earlier. 20 minutes of straight jogging. It was rough in some spots, but I made it without stopping. Tomorrow I will start week 6.
Week 4! I'm probably going to repeat this week after we get back from vacation. I'm f ucking sweating bullets thinking about 20 minutes of jogging. Gah.

20 minutes is awesome! Keep up the good work, lady!!! I am not doing C25K, but I did recently start running. I'm running 3x a week, because my knees paid a price after child birth. I haven't run since high school and have been doing around 2-2.5 miles per run.

HA- I was scared to run today, but it honestly wasn't as bad as I anticipated. You can do it! Missy, 2 miles is awesome. I only ran about a mile and a half. I'm slow.
I will start this program up again soon!! I will, I will, I will!! I keep telling myself this anyway. Gosh, you ladies are making me look bad. I HAVE to get going.
20 minutes is awesome!! I took a week and half off to rest my knees and I was taking Miralax every night to prep for my colonoscopy blegh, laxatives suck. I am starting back up tomorrow.
