Can someone tell me what it is exactly? You are supposed to do it for an hour right? I'm just not sure about the intervals....
I'm getting worried about my supply, I pump a good 3 oz for the first few morning sessions but as the day goes on the amount is less and less......DD is nursing every other feeding and I'm scared to start nursing every session for fear she won't get enough. I know stress doesn't help my supply so I'm trying not to stress
Re: Power Pumping
Have you done weighted feeds when she breastfeeds? She may be getting more than you know-often babies get much more out than the pump.
I suggest checking out Kellymom.com for lots of good breastfeeding info. These two pages might be good places to start:

Power pumping is good, but she may be getting more than you think. Be positive!
