C-section postpones, VBAC still a possibility!

I went in this moring for my RCS but the nurse noticed I was contracting every 4-5 minutes. She talked to the on call doc (who happens to share an office with my OB) and the doc came to check me. I was just a 1 but she stretched me and said she doesn't see why I couldn't skip the 7 AM c/s and see where things go.

When my OB got there she was not happy, but it was too late. The OR is booked till Thursday.

So I'm home now, still a one, the contractions are really, really weak, but I can still feel them. I've played with DD at the playground, DH and I had sex, I've got a pineapple waiting for me for dinner and I'm about to go for a walk.

So gald to have the extra time to try this on my own!! If by Thursday she's not here, I think I'll be more at peace with a RSC, but for now I;m doing all I can to have her via VBAC!

Yay!  I was wondering how things were going.  I'm so glad you're getting some more time to get things going.  I hope you're able to relax and let your body do it's thing.

get some red rasberry tea drink a double glass of it as hot as you can and walk. it should help labor pick up and get things moving!
