Re: Bed resters, what's the high point of your Monday?

  • I'm actually not as depressed as I usually am on a Monday, which is nice for a change! Not sure that there's a real high point to my day but it's not too bad so I'll take it.

GTKY: I have a decent maternity wardrobe, however- I was hugely pg with my daughter in the summer, and now that it's cooling down I don't have much in the way of cold weather clothes that fit. I had my mom pick up a few things last week. I do have a lot of pants because I would wear those to work, but they are mostly jeans and it's not too comfortable to lay around in jeans all day :( One thing I have discovered is that they do not make long sleeved maternity pj's! They are all pants with tank tops. They make these 3 piece things- pants, tank tops, sweater-dealie. I don't get it- it's too cold to sleep in a tank top in December! I don't think I should have to wear layers to bed.

  • The high point of my day is leaking 6 times today and finding out it was only pee!

I didn't get many maternity clothes because medium/large regular clothes were fitting fine until 24-25 weeks. Nothing fits me anymore though. Size xs maternity clothes are too small on the belly. Size s is too big everywhere else. I totally do not care at this point lol.

  • I folded 5 baskets of laundry today, have I mentioned laundry is the most hated chore in our house?? At least I feel accomplished and the laundry room doesn't look like a bomb went off!

I had purchased a ton of cute mat clothes for work, but once BR hit had my SIL take them all back for me. I buy stuff here and there, I have 2 pairs of jeans and 2 dresses and just rotate shirts. I'm finding that I need to invest in a few more sweaters. Truth be told my reg clothes were pretty snug from gaining weight during fertility treatments, so I was outta them quick! I did just get a cute coat for 50 which I didn't think was too bad.
