Thunder Shirt

Any of you have any experience with the Thunder Shirt? My dog, who seems to be more work than P, is a ball of anxiety.  I ready about this shirt ( a swaddle for dogs ) and I am thinking I might pick it up.    TIA!

My coworker got one for her dog she said it worked great! They guarantee it so I would try it you have nothing to lose.

Yes, I have one for my dog because he gets really worked up over fireworks and used to get really excited when my nieces would come over (and chase after him, which just made it worse).  It definitely has helped.

We were given one for our dog, she is high anxiety at times, especially when we cook dinner which she has learned often means our really sensitive smoke detectors will go off. If we turn on the oven, she basically sits in the corner and shakes. MH hates the Thunder Shirt and thought it was stupid so he doesn't let her wear it anymore... I didn't notice a huge help with it on, but she might have been a little calmer. I think the one we were given was also a bit too loose for our dog. GL trying it out! Report back!

This is EXACTLY what happens with my dog!  Any time the oven or stove is on, he goes bonkers!  I was hoping the shirt will help.  I plan on ordering it today, so I will let you know how it goes!

My sister got one for her dog and it doesn't help. I think it works better on some breeds than others. It has something to do with the static electricity or something so maybe the type of fur effects it?

We have one for our weim. We use it during thunderstorms and fireworks. It didn't help 100% but it did help some. Enough to where we didn't have to drug her.
