Twodisc DVDs

I'm ordering Disney movies for DD for Christmas and they're all sold as twodisc special edition DVDs. Stupid question...is the whole movie on one disc, and special features on the second? They don't split the movie in two, right? I can't imagine they would split the movie in half, and I feel silly for asking, but the last time I watched a Disney movie was when they were sold on VHS!

Re: Twodisc DVDs

  • My last few have had the DVD version on one disc and the Blu Ray on another. If is it just the DVD version then the movie is usually one one and the special fatures on another.
  • Thank you! These suckers are so expensive that I just wanted to make sure before I ordered!

The movie should be on 1 disc, and special features on the other.  Or it could be a DVD/Blu Ray combo.  I do have 2 discs for Finding Nemo, but both have the movie: 1 is the full screen version, the other is the widescreen version.

Any reason to jack up the price.  Or they care about those of us that still have a square TV screen kicking around. I am betting it's the price thing.

My DVD/ Blu Ray combos also have a digital download.

Ah, I didn't think of that. That makes sense. Thanks!
