Last night SS called DH and said "dad, they dont have my size Holloween costumes here. Can you send me one." Trying to understand what he meant took a few minutes bc of course costumes are available in his size. Anyway, what he was trying to say is that he couldnt find a Soldier costume and he said "dad I want to be in the Army for Holloween so I can be just like you." I thought it was sweet and DH definitely had a smile on his face about it. So basically DH will be sending SS one of my old uniforms so he can have the "real thing." SS is pretty excited about having a uniform with his last name on it.
On another note BM made a point to get on the phone and share school photo info with DH. He had been asking for it and honestly we thought she was blowing DH off as she had done in the past. Seeing as school started 2.5 months ago I figured we had missed our opportunity to order again. She is sending DH the info and agreed to mail us the packet once it is received.
