BFing safe cold meds

What can I take, ladies? I tried all steam, nettipot and teas, but I need drugs. I am miserable. My go to Advil coldsinus is supposedly on the list of things that dry you up.

What gives?

    Claritin has helped me the last year when I've been really bad. I didn't notice a decrease in my supply my LC said that it's about the only safe thing. My OB/GYN also said Mucinex is ok ... I've used it a couple of times, as well, but only in desperation. Do not take Sudafed. It will dry you up! I hope you get some relief. My sinuses plague me 24/7 year round ... I feel for you! Oh, I've also stood in a really hot shower for 20 minutes or so to loosen up everything, then used my netipot, then blown everything out used some Afrin also safe. I hope this helps!
