Do I give them to him before or after he eats? Does he get them every meal? He is 6 weeks old.

After he eats and before bed, as often as 12 times in 24 hours. How often you give them to him is up to you.

I only gave them when DS seemed overly fussy after eating, which was usually after his late afternoon and/or evening feedings.

we were giving them before taking the bottle but now we are mixing them right in the bottle and we have a totally different baby, its amazing. i wish i had done that 4wks ago after his 2wk well baby visit and the ped told us we could use them.

I give them right before each feeding. It's made a huge difference for DD.
