Bend area parents

I moved to Bend in early April, and at the time I was just entering my second trimester.  Now, I've had my LO and am currently on maternity leave.  However, I am curious to know about daycare in the Bend area.  Oregon is ranked 3rd most expensive state for childcare.  What are your experiences with childcare costs in the area?  Is there ant state help for lower income parents? (I am a single mom.)

Any help is much appreciated! Thank you in advance!

    I had LO in a private daycare for 500 a month and now at a larger daycare/preschool for 575 not potty trained yet.
