My name is Kimberly and I have a six month old. I am currently 17 weeks pregnant (what a great surprise), and I have been hearing awesome things about attachment parenting. I don't really have a lot of knowledge on it, and was wondering if anyone is willing to give advice or any links to articles I should read. I am currenty a SAHM, and I am studying for my Praxis exam to become a teacher. We are a busy fam, but I am really interested in this. Thank you so much in advance.

You are busy!!  I think Dr. Sear's website - https://www.askdrsears.com/topics/attachment-parenting/what-ap-7-baby-bs - is a good place to start.  You might also check out Attachment Parenting International.

The important thing to keep in mind is that AP is not so much a rule book as it is a general parenting philosophy - you'll find quite a range of parenting practices among folks who consider themselves AP or AP-leaning.  And all types are welcome!
