Hi Everyone! After 3+ years, I am back this time pregnant with baby #3, which was a shocking surprise. I am 26, with three autoimmune disease plus positive SSA/SSB so I will be hanging out on the high risk pregnancy board I think. This is my first high risk pregnancy and I am petrified!
